Job Brief

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Executive for Upwork to help us expand our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential clients on Upwork and creating compelling proposals to secure projects. Your written communication skills should be above average, as you will be representing our company through your proposals.
Job Responsibilities
  • Generate business through Upwork by identifying and responding to relevant project opportunities in the Amazon Services domain. 
  • Responsible for researching new and existing clients, generating leads, and conducting market research.
  • Craft compelling and tailored proposals, showcasing our capabilities and understanding of client needs. 
  • Bid on freelance platforms daily to acquire projects and convert them into long-term sales.
  • Communicate effectively with potential clients via written messages.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and positive reviews. 
  • Collaborate with the team to gather insights and create persuasive proposals. 
  • Maintain an understanding of the Amazon ecosystem to communicate our expertise to clients effectively.
  • Keep track of client communications and project details.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands related to Amazon services. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or any related field. 
  • Proven experience of at least 01 to 02 years working as an Upwork Bidder, specifically for Amazon Services projects. 
  • Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace dynamics and services. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Knowledge of drafting business proposals.
  • Understanding of the business development process and sales strategy.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 
  • A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. 
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce trends.
