Job Brief

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Support Executive to join our team. The E-commerce Support Executive will be responsible for managing and updating product listings on our ecommerce website, coordinating inventory levels, and ensuring seamless integration of ecommerce operations with overall business objectives. 

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and update product listings on the ecommerce website using CSV, ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the factory to ensure timely production of desired articles, maintaining optimal stock levels.
  • Manage inventory distribution and synchronize stock among multiple online sales platforms to prevent overselling or stockouts.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, production, logistics, and sales, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of ecommerce operations with overall business objectives.
  • Research and analyze existing product listings on the website, providing suggestions for enhancements to improve overall quality and customer engagement.
  • Assist Team Leads in their daily tasks, providing support and contributing to the smooth functioning of the ecommerce department.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of working in E-commerce support or in a similar role. 
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel, ecommerce platforms and tools. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks and deliverables.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
