We partner with our clients to deliver top-notch digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media management, content marketing, and more.

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibility of the Outbound Sales Representative will be to proactively reach out to potential clients, qualify leads, and close sales through outbound cold-calling campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales, preferably in call centers, and must possess a US-English accent.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound cold-calling to generate leads and identify potential clients interested in our white-label digital marketing services.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Present our services in a compelling and persuasive manner, highlighting the benefits and value proposition to prospects.
  • Overcome objections, address concerns, and handle rejections professionally to advance the sales process.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs, including call volume, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with clients via email and phone calls to nurture leads, provide additional information, and address any inquiries or concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and market insights.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve overall company objectives.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in outbound sales, preferably in call centers or similar environments.
  • Strong cold-calling and telemarketing skills with the ability to engage prospects, build rapport, and close sales over the phone.
  • A US-English accent is mandatory for this position.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus but not mandatory.
