- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various channels, with a primary focus on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience analysis, and competitive analysis to identify target segments and optimize campaign performance.
- Create and manage campaigns, ad groups, and ad copies/creatives on Google Ads and Facebook Ads, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and best practices.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics and adjusting strategies to optimize conversions, click-through rates (CTRs), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, campaign types, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance and drive incremental results.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing page designs that align with brand guidelines and drive engagement.
- Utilize advanced targeting options and audience segmentation to reach the most relevant audiences and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Implement conversion tracking and attribution models to accurately measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, digital marketing tools, and best practices in performance marketing to drive innovation and deliver cutting-edge strategies.
- Provide regular reports and performance analysis to clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and improving ROI.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 2 to 3 years working as a Performance Marketing Specialist or similar role, with strong focus on Google & Facebook Ads.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other Ad platforms including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to achieve KPIs and maximize ROI.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including conversion funnels, landing page optimization, and audience targeting.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copies and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate campaign performance and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications are highly desirable.
