As a Performance Marketing Trainee, you will be a key player in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns for our diverse clientele. Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, management, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Learn to analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords for search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copies and visuals that resonate with the target audience.
- Assist in conducting A/B tests on different ad creatives and landing pages to optimize campaign performance.
- Learn to monitor and track campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and adherence to client objectives.
- Prepare regular performance reports for clients and internal teams, highlighting key metrics and campaign results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to implement innovative strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Fresh graduates who just completed their degree and wants to pursue their career in performance marketing would be preferred for this role.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, display advertising, and analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the fast-paced and ever-changing digital marketing landscape.
- Demonstrated passion for achieving results and exceeding goals.
