HexaClicks is looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our team as SEO Trainees. As an SEO Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship, where you’ll work closely with our seasoned SEO professionals to learn the ropes of website optimization, keyword research, and SEO analytics. Fresh graduates who are passionate about digital marketing and have a basic understanding of SEO principles are encouraged to apply. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in on-page and off-page SEO techniques, keyword research, and performance analysis, setting the foundation for a successful career in the digital marketing industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify potential keywords for website optimization.
- Assist in on-page SEO activities, including meta tag optimization, content optimization, and URL structuring.
- Support off-page SEO efforts, including link-building and outreach initiatives.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and platforms, and provide insightful recommendations.
- Assist in the creation and execution of SEO reports for clients, highlighting key performance indicators and progress.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to continually improve strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to improve our client’s search engine rankings.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and brainstorm new ideas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience in SEO through internships or entry-level roles would be preferred.
- Candidates who possess a basic understanding of digital marketing and search engine optimization key principles and techniques would be ideal for this role.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or keyword research tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the fast-paced and ever-changing digital marketing landscape.
- Demonstrated passion for achieving results and exceeding goals.
